The bust of the dress is blue at the back. On the front it is made up of several strips of sequinned fabrics in rainbow colors. The sleeves are in transparent blue veil and are puffed. The bottom of this dress has two layers. A first, in pink felt for more volume and less transparency. Then a second, made up of several sections of glittery tulle fabric, each in the colors of the rainbow. The white headband is topped with two white velvet effect ears on the back and glittery pink on the front.
