Nicknamed "The merc with a mouth", Deadpoolâ„¢ is a Marvel superhero created in the early 90s. This former soldier underwent a series of experiments which increased his physical abilities tenfold... as well as his sense of humor. Little known to the general public, the character was recently adapted for the cinema, with Ryan Reynolds in the title role. The overwhelming success of the film suggests an upcoming return, not only in a stand-alone to his glory, but also within the X-Men series.
