This balloon should not be inflated by mouth. You have the option of inflating it with helium or using a balloon inflation pump.
If you choose helium inflation, the balloon will float. We advise you to use a ribbon to catch it more easily.  For air inflation, and if you want to hang it on a wall, we advise you to add double-sided material, to keep it vertical.
