Dance the night away with this ultra colorful, ultra flashy dress! 

This dress is consists of a sleeveless black tank top with a mouth print in several colors. A neon green mesh crop top with short sleeves is attached over the tank top. The petticoat of the dress is in several layers. The first is a transparent black fabric, the second an opaque neon green fabric and the third a transparent black polka dot fabric. A belt with a buckle can be worn on top. The belt has a pink and black zebra pattern.

This skirt is ideal for an 80s-90s theme. It can be worn for a fair, a show or an event where you have to wear fluorescent. With this dress it's impossible not to see you! You can complete your look with neon colored accessories and reproduce the look in the photo.
